Tropical Contemporary presents, Marginal, a solo exhibition of mixed media drawing and paintings by artist Denise Lutz.
"With an interest in alternative narratives, my work uses a variety of media including painting, textiles, and installation to create relevant commentary about our unavoidable realities and constructed fictions. Inspired by the absurdity of everyday life my work flattens time, history, and space onto the same visual field to explore truths and deceptions of our current states of being and our unforeseen, yet instinctive future."
Marginal will open on Friday, March 9th from 6-9pm. This exhibition will run until March 18th. Gallery hours will be on Saturdays March 10th and 18th from 1-4pm
